GENERATING AND PRINTING QR CODES
The process of translating your digital QR code into a physical paper or stickers is straightforward and designed for simplicity:
● Design and Customization: Using a desktop browser navigate to your dedicated QR Code page within the "Reward Points" platform. Here, you can easily design your desired color scheme and personalized wording to align with your brand identity.
● Export for Printing: Once satisfied with your design, print the final layout as a PDF file. This format ensures professional print quality.
● Professional Printing: Email the PDF file directly to a professional printing service, such as FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, with instructions to print the file onto a standard 8.5" x 11" paper or sticky label sheet.
● Final Application: After printing, you simply need to cut the individual QR code or stickers and they are ready for immediate use across your various service points.
This efficient, self-service method gives you complete control over the design and deployment of your loyalty program materials.
HOW MUCH FOR AN EXTRA QR CODE?
Each additional unique QR code is $30/mo.

HOW IS EMAIL COUNT CALCULATED?
Accounts are provisioned with a predefined monthly email allowance. Should an account exceed this allowance, Reward Points will continue the email transmission at a metered rate of $6 per 500 recipient blocks.
For illustrative purposes:
● An account with a 2,000 email monthly allowance will incur an additional $6 charge for email volumes ranging from 2,001 to 2,500.
● Email volumes from 2,501 to 3,000 will result in an additional $12 charge, and so forth.
The monthly email count encompasses all emails originating from your account, distributed to both internal and external recipients. This includes, but is not limited to, welcome emails, password reset notifications, settings change confirmations, marketing campaign dispatches, and billing communications.
